I'm 15 (almost 16), 5'2, and 107 lbs. I drink a lot of water every day and exercise frequently. I really want to transition to being a vegetarian because of the health benefits, moral reasons and the fact that I just frankly do not like meat. What are some good guidelines to staying healthy and having balanced meals? Also, I said vegetarian/vegan because either will work for me.
